What we collect
When you complete a survey or research activity that uses the Kicktag platform, your responses - including ratings, selections, and any comments you provide - are processed through our systems. Responses are pseudonymised: they are not linked to your name or contact details unless you have explicitly provided them and given your consent.
How we use it
Kicktag acts as a data processor on behalf of the organisation that commissioned the research (the data controller). The legal basis for processing your data is determined by that organisation and will typically be your consent or their legitimate interests in conducting the research.
Your responses are presented in aggregate or pseudonymised form via a secure online dashboard accessible to the commissioning organisation. We process this data solely for the purposes of the research project. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
Data retention
We retain survey responses for the duration of the research project and up to six months afterwards, after which they are securely deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@kicktag.co.uk.
